Summary
We believe that strategically positioned, influential leaders are catalyst for local people experiencing life change, community transformation, and nations being redeemed. We also believe that leaders need equipping and encouraging to achieve exponential impact and sustainable momentum. We select, equip, multiply, and encourage difference-makers all across the globe. We have equipped over 121,000 strategically positioned leaders in 189 nations who are committed to ending Gospel poverty. Strategically positioned, influential leaders are selected to attend the Haggai Leader Experience (HLE). Leaders are immersed in our life-changing, transformational experience. As new Haggai leaders, they return to their nations to live out God's expanded vision for their lives. Our leaders are encouraged and supported in their on-going work. Haggai leaders bring the Gospel to people only they can reach. They aren't perceived as foreigners with hidden agendas. They are trusted, reliable, respected, and listened to in their local communities. Visa access is a major limitation for Western missions. But Haggai leaders are citizens of the countries they operate in or have existing work visas. Learning a new language can be one of the biggest barriers to missions. Our leaders already know the language and the local dialect. They are ready to speak the Gospel in a way their fellow nationals understand.

Purpose
Our vision is to see every nation redeemed and transformed through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. There is no shortcut, no easy way. Governments cannot bring peace. Education cannot bring salvation. Business and industry cannot bring healing. Psychology and sociology cannot bring joy. Only Jesus can bring reconciliation to the world.
Mission statement
At the core of our mission are strategically positioned leaders who are multiplying their influence with one purpose in mind - to end Gospel poverty. Our mission is to equip and inspire those leaders to more effectively demonstrate and present the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to prepare others to do the same.
Statement of faith
We believe the Bible to be the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God, without error in the original writings. We believe in one God, Creator of all things, infinitely perfect, and eternally existing in three Persons, the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe that by one man, Adam, sin entered the world; that for the salvation of lost and sinful men, regeneration by the Holy Spirit through faith in our Lord Jesus Christ is absolutely essential. We believe in the deity and virgin birth of our Lord Jesus Christ, that He died upon the cross as a substitutionary sacrifice for the sin of the world and that He arose from the dead and ascended into Heaven, from whence He will return with power and glory. We believe in the doctrine of justification by faith, realizing it is impossible for man, through works, to please God or save himself. We believe in life after death; that there shall be a resurrection of the dead, both of the just and the unjust. We believe in the resurrection of the saved unto everlasting life in Heaven and the resurrection of the lost or unsaved unto eternal punishment. We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, Whose indwelling enables the Christian to live a godly life.
